1. Use of the Service

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will apply to the next billing cycle.
  • Downgrading or upgrading plans may impact access to features.

4. User-Generated Content

You may create and share content (e.g., prompts, comments). You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a license to host, use, and display it within the platform.

You agree not to upload or share any content that:

  • Is unlawful, offensive, or harmful
  • Violates any third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademarks)
  • Contains personal or sensitive data without consent

We reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any content at our discretion.

5. AI Usage Disclaimer

Prompt outputs are generated using third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). These outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Outputs are for informational or creative purposes only
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before use
  • We are not liable for actions taken based on such content

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, code, design, and trademarks (excluding your user-generated content) are owned by PromptSamurai or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer or disrupt the platform
  • Use the platform to send spam or malicious content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Use the platform in violation of any law or regulation

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

12. Beta Features

We may offer access to beta or experimental features. These features are provided “as is,” may contain bugs, and may change or be removed at any time without notice. You use beta features at your own risk.

13. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party tools such as AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI) or analytics providers. Your data may be processed by these third parties in accordance with their privacy policies. We are not responsible for their services or practices.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PromptSamurai, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

You may not use the Service if you are subject to U.S. sanctions or located in a country embargoed by the U.S. government. You agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations when using the platform.
