e. Third-Party API Data

We may transmit your prompts and context data to third-party LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to generate responses. This processing is done in accordance with the APIs’ data policies.

5. AI Usage and Limitations

Our platform uses third-party AI services to process user prompts and generate responses. While we strive to provide accurate and useful outputs, the results are generated by algorithms and may contain errors, biases, or misleading information.

You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before relying on it for personal, professional, or commercial purposes. We disclaim any liability for actions taken based on AI-generated responses.

6. Moderation and Abuse Reporting

We allow users to create and share prompts and other user-generated content. While we do not actively monitor all public content, we reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates our Terms of Service, including content that is unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful.

Users may report inappropriate content by contacting us at support@promptsamurai.ai or using the in-platform reporting feature (if available). We review such reports and may take appropriate action at our sole discretion.
